The idea
We watch over the house, not just the gutters.
A one-time cleaning solves what you can already see. GEM Club membership means we're back on a schedule, so the same person who cleared your gutters last spring is the one who notices this fall that a downspout has started pulling away from the fascia — before it becomes a repair instead of a fix.
That's the relationship we're after. Every visit, we do the job you hired us for, and we keep an eye on everything else while we're up there. If we spot something outside the scope of that visit — trim rot, a failing seal, moss creeping somewhere new — you hear about it in plain language, with photos, even though it's not what we came to do. No upsell pressure, just what we'd want to know about our own house.
